Pros

Amazing team of people to work with Drinks fridge open on Tuesday and Thursday at 5pm Private healthcare Really nice office

Cons

Culture used to be amazing but since the new CEO started it has completely deteriorated and people have come to hate working there New massive restructuring is done without any input from team, hiring managers, etc. Pay is poor They overwork you Ultimately a big company that doesn’t care about its employees

Pros

Great brands Talented people Good perks - events, sample sales and freebies Quite glamorous in a “devil wears prada” type of way

Cons

Toxic culture full of egos and cliques Witnessed some of the worst cases of bullying in my whole career HR useless and allow this carry on fully aware it’s happening Constantly merging magazines to cut down on staff A yearly cut of staff - where they play members of staff off against each other for roles, where winning means you get to do two jobs for the salary of one Salaries are poor and way below industry averages Stuck in the dark ages when it comes to digital work Impossible to get a new idea through or make any change Very unstable, you can get cut at anytime
