Pros

Manager is hands on and 100% committed to your success. Company believes in education and ongoing training . Great commission package and many short term incentives and contests. You get to your own your business and the sales cycle from beginning to end. Every 3 months I am pleasantly surprised by ongoing efforts to improve quality of products and culture for employees. We have hands down best product and price compared to competitors in market.

Cons

Office is a bit outdated Different departments & Divisions are segmented Not the best health benefits

Pros

Hearst has a very excellent benefit package and good, but compensation is not that great. Hearst Corporation has a good reputation as a news leader. Received some on-the-job training.

Cons

Not many career opportunities. Plus the salaries and compensation are not at all that great. They also gave salespeople a crummy cell phone to use a tracking device so upper management can track your every move. Quite strange.
