Pros

It's not a bad place to start a career. The quality of the company does depend on your unit.

Cons

At my unit they rarely promote from within, so to progress you'll have to go somewhere else to advance your career.

Pros

The Chronicle has great benefits - medial, dental, vision, 401K, etc

Cons

constant reorganizations - every few months the Chronicle takes it upon itself to move people to new positions and/or areas. you either accept the move or find a new job. Unless you are upper management or a sales executive who is pulling in sales you won't make money here.

Pros

It was very hands on and the extra bonuses were always a plus while working there. You also learn a lot.

Cons

There were really no cons. It might get a little bit slow in there some days so there might not be anything to do.
