No issues to speak of

Any meaningful safety is non existent, management only cares about production (which is never met). Ground falls are common and not treated as a big deal by management, standards never raised after incidents. Mine rescue basically non existent, failed drills and then no practice for months afterwards. Revolving door of unhappy people most people only last 6 to 8 months. Management are mostly from failed mines. They repeat the same mistakes and expecting different results. Walk in and out of the mine everyday because kubotas arent maintained then garnish bonus when work isnt done because half the day is wasted walking in and out.
