Dont listen to employees that well, very slow for changes, focus on things that are minor rather than glaring issues.

Pros

Pretty competitive pay for interns once you factor in overtime (manager dependent) and paid housing. They treat their interns well and its a great introduction to mining.

Cons

There were really no downsides. If you don't like mining you might not like the internship, but that's not Hecla's fault.
