Cesspool of nepotism (borderline cronyism) with coward coworkers living in a culture of fear that have no options but to endure the abuse of sociopathic insecure middle management. Anyone under tech services is not allowed to attend SME, nor get any career development opportunities. This is a dead end place for dead end careers, the last refuge of the industry dropouts/failures. Small men/women with no leadership ability creating their own little kingdoms where new employees are the serfs. All, no exaggeration here, new people quit for actual opportunities or are fired to nonsense reasons because insecure management can't handle a growing career. Just don't, you deserve better.
