Recently the maintenance department at Keno hill site lied and bullied their way to fire the best maintenance supervisor there was. Things have gone down hill since then and mechanical repairs have went down hill even though the mechanics seem like they're trying. We recently were brought in to the office where management screamed at us and called us idiots and swore at us for 20 minutes because they suspected someone was smoking pot on site. Most unprofessional thing ive ever witnessed. You will never feel appreciated here.

Racist company run by a good ol' white boys club. There are no minorities working here and even heard a manager turn down a qualified minority applicant because "He wouldn't fit in." Completely white dominated work place, old people running the show. It is so gross.
