      Pros

      The business managers were great to work with on projects.

      Cons

      Horrible leadership skills and communication from IT management. Not able to clearly assign projects and roles. Major communication problems and little knowledge of processes in own environment.

      This is dependent on your plant. Some plants are far better than others. Company vehicle is a huge perk that is very rare these days

      Cons

      Management doesn't really care about you or the value you bring to the table. The on going problems are never really fixed.

      Pros

      They seem to care about their employees. Culture is great and things are pretty laid back. One of the best jobs I've ever had.

      Cons

      There aren't really any cons. Benefits can be better as far as PTO time and 401K match and medical however there are other things that compensate for that.
