      -Many employees dedicated to the business who have considerable experience, "life-timers" -Always hiring

      Cons

      -Revolving door with sole focus on cost cutting, poor benefits and compensation, lack of opportunities to advance due to constant headcount reductions -Lots of followers -Company does not value younger generations (succession plan is smoke n' mirrors)

      Was hired as a mechanic/welder. Never was given the chance to do the job. Agreed on a pay rate and was not given that either.

      management is very disrespectful. The workers are great that u have to work with but working under management is the worst.
