Gained skills to help further my career, some colleagues are supportive and display teamwork

Cons

The workload become monotonous, especially dealing with the same issues daily. High turnover rates led to staffing shortages, increasing pressure on remaining employees. Lack of opportunities for growth.

Cons

The downside of that is that they sometimes roll out projects too quickly. They rush and then projects are not well executed. Can be a frustrating environment.
