      None. The toll this place will have on your mental health is not worth any amount of money

      Working here is like walking back in time before employees had rights. NAM culture is very toxic and racist. Everyone is stressed out and management does not care about you. My advice is to look elsewhere especially if you’re a person of color. The daily micro aggressions and racial undertones from management was the final straw! Run!
