There is always work to do.

Cons

HR will not support the people. Safety manager is also HR, so there is not time to do both jobs adequately. No support from management. No structure. No long term plan. Everything is in a crisis mode, and constant start up mode/outage mode. No quality of life. People yell and scream and call names. Departments do not respond to call outs. Unable to keep staff. No one knows what the long term goals are. Everyone is out for them selves.
