      Not a Good Company - better try new job

      Nothing to say...This is right place for who's not getting job in the market.

      Cons

      here are no interactions between team HR's and Employees There is no process, nothing, HR team will be 10 Member, they will sleep every day in office. if u call to HR they will not lift your call. Wont give hike or salary apprisal, Managers are busy with meetings, but no business talk... There are no meetings or discussions with HnM manager. You feel like an orphan since you are treated as a contractor - both at client side and HnM. This is right place for who's not getting job in the market.

      Not a Good Company - No Appraisals and Hikes. Poor Leave policy for the first year

      Pros

      I dont have anything good to write here. They only pay good salary when they hire you and talk very sweet.

      Cons

      There are no interactions between team members and manager (at HnM) if you are placed at client site There are no meetings or discussions with HnM manager. You feel like an orphan since you are treated as a contractor - both at client side and HnM. There are no appraisals. At whatever salary you join HnM, the same salary you will keep getting for next 2-3 years. The leave policy is only 12 leaves for first year. Till the time you are in probabtion period (i.e. initial 6 months) you are not allowed to take leaves. There are no processes followed in this company. There is no timely bonus.

      Pros

      Colleagues are good and cheerful. The office is located at heart of city and hence no problem to reach the office.

      Cons

      * This company wants more & more out of you every single time * The HR, Security, management & even the SERVANTS don't respect employees in H&M * They take all profits & put in their pockets and do not pay employees completely mentioning about various deductions * Their salary is way below market standards * 27 yrs in market and still not made a brand name in the IT domain!!! * H&M NEVER GIVES U HIKE EVEN IF U HAVE GIVEN THE MAXIMUM REVENUE TO THEM. * THEY GIVE HIKE ONLY AFTER U RESIGN AND THE MAX HIKE WILL BE 10% AFTER A LOT OF FIGHT
