Pros
Good team handling by the leads. Supportive higher order managers. Good atmosphere to work. Employee relation is good between the peers and managers. Salary on time. If you are a hard worker you will be rewarded. Frequent team lunch's boost the employee's bonding.
Cons
Incentives should be on regular basis and not on the company's profit turnover. An appraisal should be given every year for the employees to stay back, they cant expect an employee to work for 2years with the same salary in which they joined.Chances of losing good employees are high in this case.
