Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I appreciate you acknowledging the positives around our work environment and compensation.
I’m disappointed to hear that your overall experience didn’t meet expectations. Building a strong, healthy culture is something we take seriously, and it’s never our intent to create an atmosphere where people feel disposable or unheard. We expect accountability and commitment, but that should always be balanced with respect, trust, and mutual investment.
We actively study and learn from other high-performing organizations—past and present—and we know that great cultures are built by listening, evolving, and sometimes challenging ourselves as leaders. Feedback like this, even when difficult to read, is part of that process.
For anyone currently on the team, we encourage open, direct conversations so concerns can be addressed constructively and in real time. We remain committed to building a workplace where people can grow, contribute, and feel proud of the work they do.
