Pros

Seemed to be really great on the surface, they have a nice office with perks, great holiday party

Cons

Management has absolutely no clue what they're doing. All their decisions are made to serve themselves and to move up in the company. They'll pretend to care about you and then be completely spineless during layoffs. I'm very understanding of why layoffs happen, but the least they could do is treat us like human beings during the process. I've never had such a traumatic job situation, and I'm far from the only one.

Company Culture Has Gone Downhill

People are amazing Managers on the lower end are great Good work life balance

Cons

Upper Management is rough and doesn't lead by example (RTO) Culture has gone downhill, much more stringent on PTO etc
