Pros

Managers are laid back yet still professional. Flexible with time off.

Cons

They put new people on stand by. Meaning they give seniority to routes and if there is not enough routes the new people go home. You get 20 dollars to be on stand by, it used to be 40. There is warehouse staff that are supposed to load the van but they can’t keep staff so drivers end up having to load the vans a lot of the time.
