- cool office, nice benefits -fair salary relative to responsibilities - big name

Cons

- political working environment - not so ideal for career advancement. corporate setting with numerous small finance teams. In such an environment, the scope of your responsibilities is diminished. - definitely depends on your manager's leadership skills and your team. But my experience was terrible: - No plan for new hire and unclear job scope, always have to beg for tasks. - micromanagement. - quite firing
