Pros

Extremely flexible work schedule, fun atmosphere, management that listens, and very intelligent coworkers.

Cons

I don't think the pay is super competitive. Sometimes you can get stuck working on programs that are not enjoyable and its tough to find an out.

Everything that is done at Henderson is done around helping people and taking care of people. That includes both clients and employees.

Cons

Size of the company is a Con to some people, but it is organized in a way that makes this much less of a Con.
