Plenty of resources to learn such as Henderson University and they have a great QC process that helps you get better on every project you work on.

Can be overloaded with work at times

-Great planning of the future for both you and the company. -Transparent with how the business is going -Pay and Benefits are top notch -Work hard and play hard is a real motivator -Easy going atmosphere and management truly does care about how you are feeling and are concerned that you are happy with what you are doing. -Games throughout the office! -Workout facility -Free breakfast days and Happy Hours

Cons

I really do look for Cons but I honestly can't find one. I have worked at several other engineering firms and can tell you that this place is without a doubt the best one out there. You can achieve anything here. It shows in our leadership.
