Pros

Great flexibility in schedule, no micro managing, open communication with leaders. This company has and shows respect for its staff and is willing to create environments where employees can grow.

Cons

None at this time. There are much worse places to work where employees don't feel appreciated and are taken for granted. This is no such place. The support that you will get from your colleagues is refreshing.

Pros

Amazing company culture, and room to grow or move around as much as you need. Would absolutely recommend.

Cons

Expect a lot of overtime, but at least it is paid if you are hourly. Also expect grumpy project managers. Somehow it's your fault if they forget to include you.

Great pay with a relaxed working atmosphere. The management at HEI is very willing to educate those willing to learn about their scope of work.

Cons

HEI is very strict on their policies, seldomly bending in certain times of need. HEI should communicate more with those outside of the office.
