While we’re glad you enjoyed our remote work policy and our focus on continuous learning, it’s disappointing your overall experience didn’t live up to what we envision for all our employee-owners. Temporary upticks in workload aren’t unusual in many workplaces. However, we offset that through our high level of flexibility, which allows employees to “flex” hours worked as necessary.
