Misleading job titles and lying coworkers

If they hire you for an entry level positition do not expect the extensive training they might promise you. You will get some training and people will all tell you that you're doing really well and that you will be able to work on bigger jobs independently soon, but then they go and tell management you aren't doing well instead of acting like grown adults and giving you honest feedback to your face. Not sure how they expect anyone to grow and learn if they can't be honest with you upfront and give you feedback to make improvements on before they give up on you without warning

"LA office overview"

Company size and investment in technology is progressive compared to others in this space. Good experience to have on your resume.

Cons

Politics are becoming an issue, and some employees are starting to look for other places to work. Terrible leadership LA office's Management without experience & young & hard head Culture of fear its who you know, not what you know.

Pros

Henderson really lives is mission & values statements -- Be the Firm. . .Work Hard, Play Hard, Give Back. They've created an amazing culture, provide flexibility to their employees, provide great technology tools to get the job done, offer great challenging projects to work on and promote an open door policy with leadership. Leadership is working hard to continually push the company forward.

Cons

Employees can top out quickly on pay and end up getting minimal raises while leadership says we're rewarded through bonuses, but it doesn't seem like that's the case. Benefits are average (not bad, but not stellar).
