Culture has changed drastically through the years. Although they are working on it, you have a culture on paper that has fantastic objectives, but there is little accountability where management is concerned and too much "do as I say, not as I do" from leadership, which has greatly affected companywide morale. For this reason, it has accelerated the loss of some really great people over the last year.

Hours are horrendous, you're completely replaceable and your pay plan will change (for the worse) very regularly all while they spend more and more for the very top managers and send them on trips in the company jets, helicopters, and yachts.
