Floor staff work together great, support each other and provide the best cares possible with being short staffed. Updated equipment available. Friendly, competent staff at the bedside level.

Cons

Upper management, CEO, is a bully. Running off the better management, hiring his friends from St. V. Into high paying positions that they aren’t qualified for. Disrespectful to associates. Certainly does not follow the HRH philosophy! Narcissistic personality, definitely should not be in the position he is in. I will admit, in public he is friendly and seems to know what to say in order to hide his personal agenda. But please ask any of the many physicians, managers, even the chaplain, and more that have left after unbelievably rude, bullish encounters with this CEO.

Low turnover rate in Radiology. Friendly people. Very clean hospital. Opportunities to volunteer in community. Discounts for services around Hendricks county.

Cons

Generational differences. Difficult to work with those who are resistant to change. Management & staff communication. Weekend workload with limited staff.
