Pros

Great co-workers, HRH put on a lot of family oriented events for the employees, & they do a lot for the community.

Cons

No room for growth career-wise. They try to keep you in the same department even if you want to transfer. Extremely understaffed but they keep building more facilities that they aren't able to staff. Upper management make all the decisions without knowing how department operates.
