Hendricks Regional Health is a fantastic place to work at. They have flexible hours depending on the position, train and encourage employees to reach their full potential, and a great family, friendly company. I have learned how to be a better coworker, leader, and overall individual during my time at Hendricks Regional Health.

Cons

I would imagine that cons would vary per department, but the major issue Hendricks Regional Health has is adding too many projects. Many departments strive to do their best, but often overload themselves due to trying to please upper staff. This often leads people to become tired and unmotivated overtime.
