Pros
90% of the personal from doctors and nurses, to housekeeping and office personnel are extremely friendly and professional... the other 10% seem to be full of themselves or immature. Pays better than other area small hospitals and great benefits
Cons
They continue to take away the perks almost weekly... starting to feel like you're doing time instead of going to work. Use to be an awesome place to work, now it seems to be making everyone angry and restless. Management tends to put the money into useless things such as plants and pretty things instead of their people or the actual department in much need of repair
