They keep adding to your work but never updating your salary. No team collaboration. Too much stress/ pressure. No work life balance. Constant problems are piling up and no one is paying attention to solve them. No place to grow.

Get to work on different things each day. Work life balance is good.

Cons

Toxic work culture. Salaries are terrible and the benefits aren’t the greatest either. It is a shut up and do your job environment and if you give an opinion that differs from the C Suite, you’re gone. Just a place to get experience and move on, not a career.
