Short term sucks, long term is great

Pros

Good company. Great projects and great systems in place. There is an opportunity for you to learn a lot and grow within the company. A lot of good benefits.

Cons

High expectations. Workload is insane and it never ends, Its almost as if mangement ask things of you that they know you have no time to complete. There's always competing obligations and not enough time. The pay should be higher for the amount of work that is expected of us. Its currently Sunday and I am about to get some work done in preparation of the upcoming week. Also, you do not see any of the big benefits until you've been with the company for years.
