Pros
I thing it is work life balance, then nothing else.
Cons
The group is very hierarchic, senior managements often have very ridiculous request. And they are very stingy, they just want to squeeze every single dollar from supplier/ employee. Most important thing is overdue more than 90 days supplier bills are still not settled and they are not willing to settle, so you can image how their financial healthy is.
