Away from the market touch. Do not really understand what market really want... Management team always protect their back side... not open for discussion. Local management team scare to report bad news or result to top. End up only report good things... Too many meetings/ reports that do not make any value added. 1 site transfer can drag for years yet to complete... until customer come forward to ask for status update.... Every one have their own agenda... none is really thinking for company as company never think for their employees.... that's the out come of it...
