In general a good company to work with, looking to embrace change and keep up with the latest trend and technology. Some talented and very driven employees. Friendly culture and ambience

Cons

The culture and practice varies great from one BU to another. The experience with photovoltaics a nightmare due to the worst ever leadership experienced. Top leadership is interested to nothing but to sell himself on company money and play politics, not understanding that no one will buy unless they see value in a person. Good people are highly demotivated and looking to leave. The business is going downhill fast
