Company couldn't seem to find its footing. Changing management structure and company policies too often. Poor teamwork between sales and operations. Lots of blaming instead of working together to find a solution. Lack of synergy between sales reps. Instead of having clearly defined sales territories the management would leave vague borders and in turn encourage poor teamwork between reps. There is plenty of competition in this market without having to guard your territory from your own co-workers.
