      Company car, good benefits, room to grow.

      Cons

      the company spends too much time putting pressure on the sales team but not enough effort to make sure the rest of the team have what they need in order to be successful. Not enough mechanics, drivers, counter representative, which makes a job already very stressful even more stressful.

      -Plenty of training before you are thrown into your position -Knowledgeable staff -Extremely welcoming environment throughout the company -Easy onboarding process

      Cons

      Can honestly say I have nothing bad to say about the company. They are very straight foward with expectations. Its a lot of work, but if you do it, and do it well consistently, there is a lot of room for growth!
