      Company culture, good mixture of experienced and new employees, great benefits and the ability for individuals to make a real difference

      Cons

      Going through the process of re-building; requires everyone to be fully engaged. If you are looking for a place to coast, Herc will not be for you

      Unfair Territory for new people, Don't care about you or your Real Life goals, family, or expenses, Very tight group that if you don't suck up HARD or have been there for a while you won't be let in, Don't take advice, Don't hold true to contract negotiations, Just don't care about you as a human
