      The senior leaders are truly engaged and want to make Herc a great place to work. They believe in people and having a great culture

      Cons

      As it is a new company, there is lots of foundational work to be done. However, the foundation gets stronger every day.

      Pros

      Currently Herc Rentals is the world's 3rd largest construction rental company and in its first full year as an independently owned corporation. There's a ton of growth opportunity for ambitious individuals, and the company's culture, tenure of leaders, and innovation makes it a company on the rise.

      Cons

      Being in it's first full year as an independent corporation involves a lot of trial and error as well as trial and wins. Learning what works and what doesn't can be a challenge, but overall this challenge is minor in the grand scheme of things.
