      Pros

      I have been with Herc Rentals for many years and have found each and every year more satisfying than the previous year. What makes it so special is that we are now our own drivers of our business. We are an independent company and new and fresh ideas are very welcome. Everyone can be and is heard by our leaders. You are given the opportunity to share your viewpoints and vision as to how things can be done at Herc Rentals. It is what I call a community not a typical company.

      Cons

      There are challenges to be worked out and they are similar to other companies that are searching for an identity. However, our leadership and the entire team is dedicated to working out those challenges in the right way.

      Pros

      Pay is ok if the majority of your team is actually doing their job. Pretty Flexible with time off. Unused sick leave paid out at years end.

      Cons

      Most managers aren't actually fulfilling their job requirements, but rather passing the responsibilities down to the coordinators. A lot of branches are actually being "ran" by coordinators who do the work just for their managers to get the credit.

      Great People. Also have great benefits for there employees and great growth opportunities with in the company

      Very high passed job with a lot of stress if you aren't organized
