      - Hard working team members - Benefits package one of the best in the industry - a lot of new gear in the last few years

      Cons

      - senior leaders in Florida out for themselves and not building a sustainable business over time - very little understanding about Canada and limited investment beyond a little new gear - recent RVP resigned who was a good communicator and strategic in thinking
