      Excellent benefit and pension program, tool reimbursement for mechanics, driver reimbursement to make their jobs more comfortable, health care spending account, discounts, and a fantastic leadership team with a corporate strategy that includes people and culture.

      Company culture, good mixture of experienced and new employees, great benefits and the ability for individuals to make a real difference

      Cons

      Going through the process of re-building; requires everyone to be fully engaged. If you are looking for a place to coast, Herc will not be for you
