The worst environment I’ve ever worked in. None of the managers help you, and sure do not develop. They will take all credit for their employees work, and the first to push blame on their teams when their employees didn’t read their minds. Rumors and gossip are prevalent, and managers only know how to manage by using fear, PIPs, and terminations. It’s a revolving door I would advise to run from!

Freedom, set your own schedule.

Cons

Very little training. Your territory is farmed out and all the good customers belong to someone else and it doesn’t matter that their in your territory if they have them before you

Pay is decent & easy parking.

Cons

5 days in an office (when ~90% of the jobs can be done remote), Cafeteria food is terrible, Annoying “hustle” culture & not a lot of room to advance.
