      Pay, vacation time, benefits, and thats it

      Cons

      Hr doesn't care when reports are made about safety and inappropriate behavior. Management from local to regional are the aggressors and sweep everything under the rug. The lazy are rewarded and the hard workers get the worse end of it and eventually let go

      Pros

      Bonuses. No micromanaging if you do your job well. Management is cool including some sales guys.

      Cons

      Long hours and will get longer if you’d like to move up. Family business you might not get promoted over someone’s cousin/nephew
