      Employee turnover rate high for industry. IT systems are plentiful, segregated and at times tough to navigate. Branch level efficiencies need improvement.

      Management makes everything here

      Pros

      If you have an amazing branch manager you'll do great. Thank God I had a good one. Fast paced, days go by fast, people always need equipment, busy even during covid, job security, free truck and gas card

      Cons

      Bad management will break you, Heard horror stories from other branches. it's sometimes hard to get rate approval from higher ups, locking down equipment from other branches turns into a game, it's every branch for themselves, coordinators are underpaid for the amount of work they do.
