Still experiencing growing pains when it comes to streamlining training in several facets. Upper management persons unknowingly set an example of complacency for subordinates. Herc Rentals shies away from catering to customers with largely seasonal needs, losing contracts with large customers to competitors. As a sales rep, this is discouraging.
