Sink or Swim, Very Fast Paced,

1) pay increases are extremely low, about 1-3% a year 2) management can be nasty and difficult to deal with, no wonder turnover is so high 3) benefits are terrible compared to other large companies 4) not much room for advancement 5) people work in silos 6) don’t expect HR to give you an overview of benefits before you start 7) in the office 5 days a work; even Hertz is hybrid 8) very high turnover, even though not many major employers in the area

Wasn't trained well. Manager was one of the worst I ever had. 5 people called HR on her and nothing was done and always had to be at work at crazy times,

5 days in an office (when ~90% of the jobs can be done remote), Cafeteria food is terrible, Annoying “hustle” culture & not a lot of room to advance.

Management can micromanage to an extent.

-Terrible benefits, I had better benefits working retail -Pay is below average -Very limited opportunities for advancement -High turnover in the accounting department -Some management positions listed an active CPA in the job description; however they hired senior managers who did not possess the required qualifications.

Very low pay yearly shutdown

Long hours from time to time, some managements are unaware of what goes into doing the job, and sometimes under appreciated.
