I don’t have any cons

a little misleading from the recruiter and there is way too much pressure to move to sales.

Not enough hours. And bad training

Herc has limited positions that are not "clock-in"/"clock-out". They culture is very oldschool, with little oppertunity for growth. You start on the counter and either go into sales or operations. Their corporate headquarters is located in Florida and doesn't offer a hybrid schedule for 90% of the workforce, which limits the quality of personnel and diversity. The managment at each branch lacks grammer and overal emotional intelligence.

Pay, communication, management turnover, hours

Unorganized no leadership. Young kids running the place with no phone skills. No management on site they do what they want and will blame new employees when you make a mistake.

There is a learning curve.

Management is completely incompetent. They stalk you all day on the GPS app and then look for any reason to write people up. Wasn't bad at all prior to this manager, so maybe there's hope..
