Cons

I loved my Regional and she is no longer with the company, I think she was forced out. Stuck with her boss now who it unrealistic and demanding. Upper management issues.

Pros

Used to be a good place to work. Some of the staff are dedicated, but I'm not sure why. They get treated very poorly. Now - the only thing that matters is the bottom line.

Cons

Their focus is only on making money - and they are making a killing!! There is no process to develop employees - if you are not "Meeting Expectations" they will make life so miserable for you, you would rather just quit. They have Core Values - but there is no honesty and respect - they just pay lip service. No plans for helping people advance in their roles or future roles just find something they did "wrong" and put them on a "performance plan". They don't have an HR department that will help manage any complaints or conflicts. The management team uses all the latest buzzwords to describe someone's performance, but they have no clue how to help them improve in areas that need coaching. They really do not provide positive recognition - it's totally focused on the negative.

Pros

They take care of their employees, offer free meals during working hours, and easy scheduling. I think most of the people (workers) were genuine and cared for the residents.

Cons

In my opinion, the management was clicky. I think the management focused on the little issues and chose not to acknowledge the big issues.
