Company/ corporate fully aware of bully in office and looks the other way.

Fun is a core value, but not much fun to be had or time for it.

Pros

They own and manage their communities, so only 1 set of bosses. Wonderfully designed, good food, nice worker ratios to care for residents. Higher end product in this market.

Cons

They really need to look at how to their sales folks in busy markets can get the entire job done in a fair amount of time. So there is time for 'fun', folks prior to me had same issues. Upper management is too unrelenting and good people keep passing through this company. Many folks in similar roles were up past 11:00 pm on multiple nights entering data to try and meet Directors expectations.
