Pros

The only pros I can think of is that I will be leaving this hell hole soon. Most guys I work with are looking to leave - its jsut really bad.

Cons

If you're considering working here, don't. The management treats its employees like crap. Integrity has gone down the toilet. They preach their values, but they don't follow their own code of conduct.

Literally there were no pros!

Cons

Worst place ever. So much bad mouthing and gossip. Not with the employees. But the family that runs the company. They’re low life’s who literally pray on the elderly and sell them over priced HVAC.
