Pros

The benefits at Heritage are great, and there is all kinds of good people to work with and work for.

Cons

We are currently in a transition period which makes it a little stressful at times. A lot of mistakes happen do to the volume of work given to select employees.

Spoiled family members with cushy jobs thanks to Mom & Dad

Pros

- benefits - decent work environment - stable job - good learning opportunities

Cons

- family cronyism - invasive and unproven employment testing-- they rather rely on bogus 'models' than real, face-to-face human interactions - unable to see potential in existing or potential employees - kids spoiled!
